After nearly 20 years in NYC working in publishing, marketing and music, I quit my job and moved to Key West to start a new chapter of my life. Like so many "freshwater Conchs," I fell in love with the laid back living, diverse culture, beautiful water and historic architecture. I've been here 20 years now, and I feel blessed to live in this remarkable place where every day off can be a vacation. It's hard work that allows those vacation days. I owned and operated a 38-room boutique resort in Key West for 13 years and became very active in the community both as a volunteer and as an elected official. I offer a unique set of skills and a broad and deep understanding of this community. I am an "early adopter" of the latest technologies and bring a fresh perspective and vitality to real estate. My experience in hospitality and as President of the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys and Key West gives me real-life insight into buying, owning, operating and selling lodging property. My diverse background in business and government has made me knowledgeable about real estate, marketing, property insurance, land use regulations and financing.
